Lactation Love Notes with IBCLC Rebecca Kusche
September 12, 2019
I’m Rebecca Kusche, an IBCLC, Nutritionist and mom of 2. I began my career working with WIC families. As my knowledge grew about breastfeeding, so did my passion to help families reach their goals. I have a Nutritionist background, but I have learned that breastfeeding is about so much more than food. The breastfeeding experience is beautiful, empowering and priceless. All parents deserve to find their own joy in breastfeeding. When I’m not working with new moms in the hospital, you can probably find me teaching indoor cycling classes or hanging out with my goats. I also enjoy hanging out in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my family.
Looking for nutrient rich information on breastfeeding? This episode pumps out helpful facts and loads of laughs as I sit down Rebecca Kusche, MS, IBCLC, CN. Breastfeeding, while natural, can be challenging and we dive into that a bit and talk tips for enhancing your experience. And I also break out into a laughing fit because, hey...farts are funny at any age. HA!
We also discuss the importance of breastfeeding education prior to birth. I happen to be hosting a Feeding Foundations class at the end of this month and you can peek here to see when Rebecca's next offering for an in person class is scheduled as well!
